Globusmen Gold Extra vintage Solingen straight razor

 This razor was my no. 3 place in my personal collection.

 Made by Edmund Bergfeld &Sohn in Solingen, Germany, I have always considered this to be the finest razor ever made: 
 Forged from “the finest silver steel of the world” as it’s mentioned on back of the box, with an extra hollow grind, it has the finest, super thin and flexible blade I’ve ever seen on any razor.
The engraved spine, plated with 24k gold, makes from a razor a work of art! It’s sad to know that this beautiful razor will never be produced again. 

 It gets extremely sharp and holds very well that sharpness for long time. It has a light blade and shaves like a dream. Really impressive!
 The closest shave I’ve ever had was achieved this razor.
