Japanese Natural Finishing Whetstone Ohira Tomae Awasedo 

It is a hard stone with an excellent cutting power, but it is not fine enough to get a comfortable shaving of it.
Can put a very sharp edge on the razors or knives but aggressive for shaving. 

For razors it can be used as a pre-finisher or as a middle range stone before the final finisher. Or it could be used as a knife finisher.
